We will be more than happy to accept a return within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact Customer Service at (646)699-7808 to receive a free return label via email.
Products must be returned in the same condition they were received. The shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition, with its original packaging and shipped back in a cardboard shipping box. Any products not sent back in said condition will be returned to the customer.
Once a return item is received please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and issue you a refund.
Please allow an additional 5-7 business day for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Shoes purchased at one of our approved retailer locations cannot be returned through our online process. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have a site to store return policy.
We do not offer store credit. Your refund will be credited directly back to your credit/debit card account.
We would like to make the exchange process and quick and painless as possible, and here are a few simple steps on how you can get started.
Purchase the item you would like as your exchange.
Create an RMA online by logging into your andreassous.com account or call our Customer Service line and a representative will be more than happy to help you create and RMA for you.
Once your exchange purchase is confirmed your RMA will be approved and you will be emailed you a free return label.
Package your item(s) to exchange (Please reference our Return Policy above)
Upload your exchange tracking information to the RMA through andreassous.com or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a customer service representative will be more than happy to update your RMA. You can also call our Customer Service line for additional assistance. This will help our customer service staff track your return and refund you in a timely manner
Once your exchange item is confirmed delivered to our warehouse please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace or repair shoes purchased at one of our approved retailer locations. You will have to contact your local retailer for assistance.
