WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will be more than happy to accept a return within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please note that customers who purchase multiple sizes of the same product are eligible for free returns. Products that end in $.98 or .$99 are on clearance and are only eligible for Andre Assous online store credit.

Products must be returned in the same condition they were received. The shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition, with its original packaging and shipped back in a cardboard shipping box. Any products not sent back in said condition will be returned to the customer. 

Once a return item is received please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and issue you a refund. 

Please allow an additional 5-7 business day for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Shoes purchased at one of our approved retailer locations cannot be returned through our online process. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have a site to store return policy.

DO YOU OFFER STORE CREDIT?

We do only offer store credit on clearance items. Clearance items are items that end in $0.98.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace or repair shoes purchased at one of our approved retailer locations. You will have to contact your local retailer for assistance.
