What forms of payment are accepted?

AndreAssous.com currently accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.

Shipping

AndreAssous.com ships via UPS to US addresses only. All in stock orders placed by 4PM are shipped the same day. If an item in your order is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible. Shipping costs are determined by customer’s zip code and accompanying service. Please see the map below to determine the level of service you need. Typically any orders shipped within the gold and tan areas do not need upgraded service.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return regular priced items within 30 days of receipt and sale items within 14 days of receipt. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner paid minus the original shipping charges. To request a UPS return label please call us at our toll-free number. If you choose to use our pre-paid UPS return label a fee of $5 will be deducted from the return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are part of our simple FREE exchange process. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and call us for a FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process or call us to put the item on hold for you.

How fast will I get my order?

All orders are shipped out by 4PM EST. Any orders placed after 4PM EST will be shipped the following business day. If you need your shoes by a specific date please call our toll free number at and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We know you want your shoes as soon as possible and we will make every effort possible to get them to you sooner than you expect. Andre Assous ships exclusively via UPS.

Do you charge tax?

Andre Assous is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York. If you are shipping to New York, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
